Once you have selected your new home, we get it valued so we know how much deposit 0DEPOSIT Program needs to provide for you.
Now that we know all the details of your new home including the cost and deposit breakdown, exchange of contracts is arranged for you with the Vendor or Developer. Under the 0DEPOSIT Program, your non-cash deposit is transferred to you and held by the custodian in trust pending settlement.
Now you know the balance of your new home cost and you have your contracts, it’s time to organise the finance. Don’t worry, we help you with this part too.
Once your finance is approved, settlement is arranged for you. Once completed, the deposit is paid for you by the Custodian to the Vendor or Developer along with your balance and you are handed the keys to your new home.
